冷干机工作原理
冷冻式压缩空气干燥机通过冷却降温,使压缩空气中的水蒸气凝结成液滴,从而达到减少含湿量的目的,凝结出的液滴经过排水系统排出干燥机。压缩空气进入干燥机的预冷器中,在预冷器里,进入的热空气被出去的冷空气先冷却降温一部分,这就减少了系统的负荷。预冷后的空气然后进入蒸发器,在这里,空气放出的热量被冷媒吸收,冷却到预先设定的温度。
